Decontee Harmon Ngassam is a wife, a mother to three beautiful children, a sister, a daughter, and a friend. In 2005, she and her family migrated to the United States as refugees from the Ivory Coast due to the Liberian Civil War.

Here in the States, Decontee continued her education from elementary school through university, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Marketing. Throughout her educational journey, she has always harbored a strong passion for helping women, offering them encouragement regardless of their life circumstances or socioeconomic background. This passion developed because her parents, teachers, and mentors consistently invested in her life, instilling in her the desire to one day do the same for others.

As a follower of Christ, Decontee believes in the calling to be the hands and feet of Christ, embodying the love He demonstrated on the Cross. She is honored to serve as a leader, emulating the servant leadership Christ exemplified throughout scripture for His followers.
